In this one hour online ceremony Kristy creates a beautiful sacred space for us to share in the magic of Cacao & its medicine it has for each and everyone of us.

What to bring or prepare: *Wear comfy clothes PJ’s preferred *Your cacao to journey with or herbal tea if preferred *Intention for your ceremony *Journal & pen *An open heart to receive any messages that may arise from your journey

Kristy is the Founder of Be True Be Brave Be You Well-Being and is an Intuitive Holistic Energy Therapist who combines her 45+ years life experience with her certified trainings as a Metaphysical Practitioner, Reiki Master, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Massage Therapy, Cert IV Fitness & Bach Flower Therapies to assist people to live their best life free from the limiting beliefs.  Kristy is passionate about holistic healing methods & how she can utilise these modalities along with her strong connection to source, to assist in uplifting, guiding, inspiring and motivating others on their healing journey in order to self-heal.  Either Ice or Andy may be at any of the circles in collaboration as well.
