Shipping policy

We ship our cacao products to Australia Domestic and International via Australia Post.

Shipping Time:
We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Australia is a very big Country so please be patient and polite.

You will receive a tracking number so that you can keep track of your order.

Risk of Melting:
Cacao products can melt if exposed to heat during shipping or storage. We take precautions to pack your cacao securely, but please be aware that heat exposure during transit is beyond our control. Melted cacao or cacao that has developed cocoa bloom (white streaks on the surface) is not considered defective and does not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
