I bought this beautiful heart shaped cacao recently and the things I love about it are: it is heart shaped, it’s easy to prepare, it’s delicious. I love that there are recipe ideas (not that I have tried them yet).

I’ve come to notice the differences between the Chuncho and Criollo when drinking them either as a daily morning routine or part of a deeply connected ceremony.
For me the Chuncho feels very masculine. Strong, reliable, a warm hug holding space when you are not feeling your greatest.
The Criollo is quite feminine in her softness. Opening up to creativity and self care. A dance with the wonders of the Universe.
Both are powerful in their own magical ways, yet both offer something so unique every time.
